Ingredients :
— Water - 3 cups
— Ajwain / Vaamu - 1 tbsp
— Dry ginger powder / Sonti - 1 tbsp
— Fennel Seeds / Saunf - 1 tbsp
— Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
— Cinnamon stick or powder - 1/4 tsp or 1/2 inch
— Turmeric powder / Fresh turmeric - 1/2 tsp or 1 inch
— Jaggery - 1 small cube
Recipe :
1. Heat 3 cups of water.
2. Add all the ingredients one by one to the boiling water.
3. Mix and let this boil on low flame for 15mins.
4. Strain the water and drink hot.
