Paneer Bliss Bowl


Here is another dish from the Indian veg favorite - Paneer.
Dig into the bowl for a blissful taste. 



Ingredients :
— Paneer - 250gms
— Brown onions paste - 1 cup
— Chopped Onions - 1 1/2 cup
— Ginger garlic paste or chopped ginger garlic - 1 tbsp.
— Green chillies - 3-4
— Cooked Basmati rice - 2 cups
— Tomato sauce - 1tbsp
— Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
— Chopped carrots - 1 cup
— Chopped beans - 1 cup
— Salt
— Turmeric powder
— Chilli powder
— Jeera Coriander powder
— Garam masala
— Cashew paste - 1/2 cup
— Water
— Chopped coriander 
— Chopped spring onions

Recipe  : 

1. Brown Onions paste - Fry onions in oil till they turn brown and keep aside. Now add water and make a paste. 
2. In a pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste / chopped ginger garlic. Also add green chillies. 
3. When it turns little brown, add chopped onions 1 cup and fry till they become translucent.
4. Now add brown onions paste and let it fry for 5mins.
5. Add cashews paste, 1cup of water and let it cook for 5mins. 

6. Also add Salt, turmeric, chilli powders.  
7. You can add garam masala and jeera corriander powders.

8. Add paneer cubes and mix. 
9. Adjust the spices and add tomato sauce. Mix everything.
10.  Cook till all flavors are absorbed and oil oozes out. Turn off the heat and keep aside by adding fresh chopped coriander and spring onions.
11. In another pan, heat oil and add Onions, fry for 2mins.
12. Add chopped carrots and beans. Fry for 5 mins.
13. Add cooked basmati rice and Mix. Also add salt and soya sauce. 
14. Mix everything without breaking rice. 
15. Take the serving bowl and add the first layer of fried rice.
16. Now add the layer of Paneer masala.
17.  Repeat and finish off both paneer masala and fried rice.

Serve hot Paneer bliss bowl, you can add raita to this.

Malabar Spinach / Bachali kura  is widely part of the traditional Indian cuisine. These green leaves are rich  in vitamin A , C , iron and calcium. Godhuma Atlu / Atta Chilla

Godhuma Atlu / Atta Chilla / Wheat Dosa is a healthy dosa which doesn't require any fermentation. This has quite a unique taste than the usual varieties.
