Alu Capsicum Gravy


This is a simple and quick gravy curry that can go along with any flavor rice / rotis / any indian flat breads / plain rice 



Ingredients:
Potato - 1 medium , cubed
Capsicum - 1 medium
Onion - 2 medium, make paste 
Tomatoes - 2 medium , pureed
Green Chillis slit - 4 small
Oil - 3 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup 
Curd 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Turmeric powder 
Chilli Powder 
Garam Masala powder 
Dhaniya and Jeera Powder 
Spices
   Cinnamon - 2 inch
   Laung - 5/6
   Pepper - 7/8
   Bay leaves - 2

Process:

1. Heat oil in kadai , add spices
2. Add green chillies, let fry until aroma starts from spices and chillies
3. Now add onion paste, fry
4. Add ginger garlic paste, then tomato puree
mix well, and let fry for some time till the raw smell is gone
5. Now add salt and all spice powders 
Mix well, and cook in low flame till oil starts coming out.

7. Now add curd, mix and cook for some more time till oil.comes.out
8. Now add potato and capsicum pieces, cook well till aroma starts coming
9. Now add milk and let the oil come up , check consistency , add water if needed

Check salt and spices , adjust accordingly


Your gravy is ready to serve with any indian flat bread / Dosa / plain rice / flavor rice
