Today let's see how to reuse leftover Lemon pickle.
Note: Can be made using fresh lime pickle as well
Ingredients:
-- cucumber - 3/4 Cup ,cut into pieces
-- Lemon pickle - 2 table spoons
-- chilli powder - 2 tsp
-- Red chillies 2 or 3
-- Mustard seeds -1 tsp
-- methi powder - 3/4 tsp
-- turmeric - 1/4 tsp
-- Salt - as per taste
-- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
-- sesame oil- 2 table spoons
-- Hing - 1 pinch
Process:
Make fine powder
Let hing fry, turn off Stove
3. Add lemon pickle to oil, make sure you remove lemon pieces from pickle, mix well
Leave for 3 hrs, your pickle is ready to enjoy with Rice and Ghee or Rotis
