Immune Booster Tea

"Health is wealth".. It is very important to keep your metabolism running for our bodies. This is one such immune booster with lots of health benefits.. Ingredients  : — Water - 3 cups — Ajwain / Vaamu - 1 tbsp — Dry ginger powder / Sonti - 1 tbsp — Fennel Seeds / Saunf - 1 tbsp — Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp — Cinnamon stick or powder - 1/4 tsp or  1/2 inch — Turmeric powder / Fresh turmeric - 1/2 tsp or 1 inch — Jaggery - 1 small cube Recipe  : 1. Heat 3 cups of water. 2. Add all the ingredients one by one to the boiling water. 3. Mix and let this boil on low flame for 15mins. 4. Strain the water and drink hot.

Tacos / Quesadillas ~ Corn and Spinach (Whole Wheat)

Quesadillas are a type of Tacos eaten widely. These are easy to make. You can stuff it up with any desi Indian dry curries to make it complete Indian. Ingredients — Whole wheat flour / Atta - 2 cups — Oil — Salt (as per taste) — Red chilli flakes -  1 tbsp — Oregano - 1 tbsp — Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp — Milk - 1 cup — All purpose flour / Maida - 1 ½ tbsp — Butter - 1 tbsp — Boiled Corn - 1 cup — Chopped Spinach - 1 cup — Mozorella cheese - 1/2 cup — Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp  Recipe  : 1. Mix wheat flour / atta with little salt, oil and water. Form soft dough and keep aside.  2. Heat a pan with oil and fry garlic. 3. Now add boiled corn and some salt. Fry for 5mins. 4. Alu Capsicum Gravy

Green Peas Pulav with coconut milk

Peas pulav is a simple one pot meal cooked in delicious coconut milk.  Ingredients : - Green peas 1.5 cups - Rice 2.5 cups - Thick coconut milk 1.5 cups (used Dabur homemade coconut milk) - Water 3.5 cups - Oil 2 tsp - ghee 1 tsp - salt to taste - green chillies -5/6 slit - onion - 1 medium coarsely chopped - ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Spices - Elaichi - 6/7 - Dalchini - 2 inch  - cloves - 7/8 - bay leaf - 2 - Shah jeera 1 tsp - pepper - 10 Pre- Process : 1.
