Mayochup Dip -

- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsps
- Tomato Sauce - 1/2 cup
- Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp

Recipe :

1. In a mixing bowl add yeast and half cup of warm water. Mix well and add sugar immediately and wait for 5 mins till the yeast settles.
* Warm water and sugar activates the yeast, sugar is like food for yeast.

2. When this dissolves, add flour, salt, oil and using little water form a nice soft dough. Grease with oil and let this sit for 30-40 mins.
* The dough needs to raise.

3. Now when the dough raises nicely, press it down till all the air escapes and leave for 15 more mins.
4. Knead softly again and roll out the pizza in rectangular shape.
5. Spread the pizza sauce evenly, now also spread some of the mozzarella cheese. You can now add chopped veggies evenly. Top up with cheese again .
6. Start rolling up the dough carefully without breaking.
7. Grease the bundt pan or a round pan and dust with flour. Carefully place the dough in round shape and join the ends.
* For a normal round cake pan i placed an oven safe bowl to keep its shape.
8. Garlic Butter - Take melted butter, grate some garlic into it. Add pinch of salt, pepper powder, red chilli flakes and oregano. Mix everything well.
9. Apply this garlic butter on the top of the pizza cake evenly.
10. Bake this pizza cake at 400 F or 200 C for around 25-30 mins till the top is golden brown.
