Black beans are very healthy choice of eating . These beans are widely used in American and Mexican dishes.
These can be cooked in Indian style too.
Ingredients :
- Black beans - 2 cups
- Chopped Onions - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 2-3 tbsps
- Salt - as required
- Green Chillies - 5-6
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Oil - for deep frying
Recipe :
1. Soak the black beans overnight.
2. Drain water and blend into coarse paste with green chillies, jeera, ginger.
3. Add rice flour, onions, salt and mix well. Check if it holds shape. Add more rice flour if required.
4. Heat Oil for deep fry and drop batter like balls. Fry till they turn brown and crispy.
5. Take into a tissue paper plate.
6. Enjoy hot with tomato sauce or any chutney.
