Broccoli Sweet corn Fritters / Pakodas

How do we make it more healthy?? 
Try this healthy Sweet corn Broccoli fritters.. 

It has goodness of broccoli and sweet corn... while satisfying your evening snack cravings... Will be loved by both elders and kids too...



Ingredients:
Broccoli florets - 200 GM's
Sweetcorn - 1
Medium onions -2
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chillies- 6-7
Red chilli pwd - 1 tsp
Dhaniya pwd - 1 tsp
Jeera pwd - 1 tsp
Carrom seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric pwd -1/2 tsp
Besan - 4-5 tsp heaped
Water as required
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Pre-process :
1. Blanch broccoli in water, then finely chop into small pieces. 
2. Roast sweet corn on burner or charcoal, separate kernels. 
3. Grind ginger and chilli into coarse paste. 
4. Coarsely chop Onions and set aside. 
Procedure:
1. Pour oil in kadai, heat it. 
2. Take bowl, add chopped onions, corn kernels, chopped broccoli , spices, salt , besan, 1 spoon hot oil, little water (if needed only, water in Blanched broccoli should be sufficient) and mix well. 
3. Check if ball is formed else add little more water and besan. 
Note : Check spices and salt, adjust accordingly.

4. Now make balls or desired shape from the mix. 
5. Gently drop them into hot oil and fry till golden brown, drain excess oil on paper. 
6. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
