Green chillies - 8 , finely chopped
Turmeric pwd- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
Pickle oil - 1 tsp (optional)
Jeera - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Take a big utensil , add buttermilk, curd, all flours, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, spice oil.
You can also add chopped chillies, chopped onions, coriander, mix well.

2. Add little water & jeera, Mix well without lumps.

3. Check consistency, it should be runny but slightly thicker than dosa batter.
If needed add little more water.

4. Adjust the spices if required and then leave the batter aside for 2 hrs, if buttermilk and curd are sour or else leave for 4-5 hrs.

5. Now heat a tawa, apply oil using an onion piece

*Using onion on tawa to apply oil helps taking out dosa or chilla easily after cooking.this makes the Tawa non- sticky

6. Gently pour the batter into tawa and spread it smoothly in circular motion. Add oil on top and sides of the chilla.

7. Once top of chilla starts drying, slightly loosen from tawa using ladle.

8. Flip and cook both sides add oil if needed.
