Breakfast is a very important meal of the day.. Try this quick and easy toast that saves the time..
Ingredients :
— Bread Slices - 6-7
— Semolina - 1/2 cup
— Chopped onions - 1/4 cup
— Chopped Bell pepper - 1/4 cup
— Grated Carrot - 1/4 cup
— Finely chopped green chillies - 1-2
— Salt
— Turmeric
— Chilli powder
— Jeera Coriander powder
— Pepper powder
— Curd - 1/4 cup
— Water - 1/2 cup
— Butter
Recipe :
1. In a mixing bowl, mix Semolina, curd and water together. Let this sit for 10-15mins.
2. Add chopped vegetables and mix together.
3. Add all the spice powders and salt as per your taste. Mix all together.
4. Take the bread slices and apply evenly on one side.
5. Heat the tawa and apply some butter, place the semolina side on the tawa. Apply butter on the other side too.
6. Slightly press on all sides. Flip carefully and roast the second side.
7. Slice and Serve hot.
