Golden Turmeric Tea ~ An immunity booster



Indian dishes have traces of all those spices that keep our immune system working. One of them is turmeric, without which our meals are incomplete.
Turmeric tea has claimed to have health benefits that include easing an upset stomach and reducing arthritis pain. Turmeric aids a great relief during bad cold and cough too. 
Lets boost the immune system of our family with this turmeric tea. The best time to have this turmeric tea is first thing after you wake up. 



Ingredients

- 1/2 inch Fresh turmeric root or 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1 inch ginger
- 3-4 peppercorns or 2tsp fresh grounded pepper powder
- 3-4 cloves
- 1 inch cinnamon or dalchini
- 1-2 pods of cardamom or elachi
- 1tbsp honey
- 1tbsp lemon juice


Recipe
1. Take out the required spices and put them handy. 

2. In a pan take 2 cups of water and start boiling.


3. Now grate fresh turmeric root or add the powder. 

4. Also grate in the ginger.


5. When this is boiling, ground or crush cloves, cardamom / elachi, cinnamon / dalchini and pepper corns.


6. Add the spices powder to the boiling tea.


7. Let the tea boil nicely for 5mins.


8. In a cup, first add the lemon juice and honey. Now pour over the stained tea.


9. Mix and enjoy the wonder tea.

This can be given to children as well, adjust the spices accordingly.

Alu Baath

This is a simple flavor rice, with no onion , no garlic.. Bake it ~ Cake it - Dalgona Coffee Cake

Presenting a wonderful cake from the Dalgona family. This is a no Oven, no Butter and no Egg cake. Simple and easy to bake. Ingredients  : — Instant Coffee powder - 2tbsps — Sugar - 1 cup & 2tbsps — Water - 2tbsps — Buttermilk - 1/2 cup — Oil - 1/4 cup — All purpose flour / Maida - 1cup — Almond flour - 1/4 cup (Optional) — Baking soda - 1tsp — Nuttela - 2tbsps — Milk - 1/4 cup Recipe  : 1.
