Want to eat pizza, but do not wish to order... Here is a simple solution.....Pav Pizza
Ingredients:
-- Pav buns
-- Butter
-- Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum
-- Cheese (grated or thin slices)
-- Chilli flakes and oregano/pizza seasonings
-- Tomato sauce/ tomato ketchup/ pizza sauce
Note: One can substitute pav buns with bread slices
Procedure:
1. Cut pav into 1 inch slices
2. Spread little butter on the slices
3. Apply tomato ketchup on the slices, add vegetables, add cheese, sprinkle chillie flakes and oregano as per taste
4. Cook
In microwave:
Place the slices in a micowave safe plate and cook it of a minute or two
In oven:
Place the slices in a baking tray and bake it for 10 minutes at 180°C
On Tava:
Heat the tava and place it on low flame. Add little butter to tava and place the slices on it and cover it and cook it till the cheese melts. Please be careful you don't burn the slices
