Veg Schezwan Hakka Noodles

Indo-Chineese cuisine is one of the very common cuisines our Indian people love. Its simply not so easy to give up those street noodles and manchuria.
Come, lets explore a simple homemade Schezwan hakka noodles that can be prepared in no time.

Ingredients
- Chings Hakka Noodles
- 2 tbsp Chings Schezwan Sauce
- 1tbsp pepper
- 2 tsps soya sauce
- 2 tsps Vinegar
- Salt
- 3 tbsps Oil
- Water
- Veggies of your choice ( Onions, Cabbage, bell peppers / capsicum, brocoli, mushrooms, carrots, beans..)
- 3 long thin sliced garlic pods
- 1 inch long thin sliced ginger

Recipe

1. Take water in a pot and let that boil with little salt.

2. Boil the Chings Hakka noodles / any hakka noodles.
3. While this is boiling, chop all the choosen vegetables. They need to be thin sliced.
4. In a pan, take 2tbsps oil and add ginger and garlic. They should fry and turn little brown with a nice fragrance.
5. Now add the onions and let them turn transparent.
6. By this time your noodles will be cooked. Now take them into a strainer and add oil and mix them without breaking the noodle.
*-This helps them not to stick each other. Adding oil to boiling water doesn't help much.
7. Now add the vegetables to the onions pan.
8. Add salt and fry them for a min and then close the lid. Let the vegetables cook for 5mins.
9. Now add pepper and mix.
10. Take the Schezwan sauce and add 2tbsps. You can adjust as per your taste.
** Chings is an Indian made product.
11. Now let the vegetables mix nicely with the sauce. Then add the boiled noodles to this and mix without breaking the noodles.
12. Add soya sauce and vinegar and mix. You can adjust salt or schezwan sauce too.
Hot hot schezwan noodles are ready to be served. Enjoy!!!
