Sandwiches are the best healthy finger food. They are quick and easy to make. Among the various recipes, here we present you the Veg Mayo style.
Ingredients :
— Chopped Vegetables - 1/4cup each of
- Onions
- Bell peppers (Red/Yellow/Orange/Green)
- Tomatoes
- Green chillies - 2or 3
- Corriander
— Grated carrot - 1/4 cup
— Mayonnaise - 3-4tablesp
— Black pepper powder - 1/2tsp
— Tomato sauce
— Salt
— Butter
— Brown / White Sandwich bread
Recipe :
1. In a bowl, mix all the chopped vegetables with pepper and salt.
2. Add Mayonnaise and mix.
3. Mix well.
Adjust salt and peper as per your taste.
4. Take 2 bread slices, spread softened butter on one slice and tomato sauce on the other.
5. Now spread the mayo veggies onto one slice.
6. Now close the sandwich apply little butter and toast on a pan or in a toaster.
7. Slice and serve the tasty Veg Mayo Sandwich.
