Quinoa Multigrain Dosa / Pancake with Peanut chutney






Its better not to eat anything that you cannot pronounce,

Except 'Quinoa' 

You should eat Quinoa...





Ingredients

For Dosa :

-  1 cup of Quinoa (Normal / Tricolor)
-  1 cup of Poha
-  1 cup of multigrains of your choice
-  1/2 tsp methi seeds
-  Salt

For Chutney :

-  1 cup of peanuts
-  3-4 green chillies
-  1/2 tsp jeera
-  1 tbsp oil
-  4-5 curry leaves
-  pinch of asafoetida
-  1 tbsp curd
-  water
-   Salt


Recipe


Dosa Preparation 

1.  Wash quinoa, washing it will avoid a soapy taste. 

2. For multigrains, you can choose urad dal,  moong dal, rajma, channa dal, chole or any other combination of your choice. 



3. In a bowl, add quinoa, poha, multigrains & methi seeds. Soak it overnight.



4. Make a smooth paste of the mixture.


5. Add enough salt and start making dosas. 




6. All varieties of dosas can be made using this batter. 



Peanut Chutney Preparation 

1. Fry the peanuts without any oil and peel them off. 


2.  In a small pan,  heat oil and add jeera

3. After the jeera splutters, add green chillies, asafoetida and curry leaves. 


4. Let it fry properly. 

5. In a blender, add fried peanuts, the fried chillies mixture, curd, water and salt. 


6. Blend this into smooth paste. 


6. Adjust the water and salt. 



Enjoy the healthy and tasty varieties of quinoa dosas.
