Ingredients

> 450gms unsalted butter / 4 sticks ( choose good quality)
> A heavy bottomed pan
> A bottle to store
Recipe
1. Choose good quality ghee for rich taste.
2. In a heavy bottomed pan, add the ghee and let it cook on medium flame.
3. On medium heat when it keeps boiling, slowly foam starts appearing.
4. Keeps stirring in between.
5. When you start seeing the liquid turning from yellow to dark brown. Check for the black residue.
6. Transfer the prepared ghee into a glass jar and store tight.
You can use this ghee in sweets, tampering, rice and for everything. This is very easy to prepare.
Tips
1. Don't use salted butter. The salt level keeps increasing when boiled. The ghee will be very salty.
2. Add few curry leaves / 1 Pan leaf in the butter while foam starts , this gives a great taste and aroma to the ghee.
