Add this dish to your IndoChineese menu and you would love it..
Ingredients

Makes 4 servings
- 1 cup diced Mushrooms
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 inch ginger piece
- 3 garlic pods
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp Schezwan sauce (optional)
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes (only if you prefer very spicy dish)
- 2 tsps chilli vinegar
- Salt
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2tbsp water
- spring onions
- 1 tbsp Oil
Recipe
2. In a pan, heat oil and add the sliced ginger, garlic and spring onions.
3. Now add the diced Onions, bell peppers and mushrooms to this. These should not turn complete soft or mushy.
4. Add salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, chilli sause, Schezwan sauce, chili vinegar and chilli flakes.
5. Let them blend properly but make sure they don't turn mushy. They have to be half cooked.
6. In a cup, to the cornflour add some water and mix without lumps
7. Add the cornflour mixture to the pan. This thickens the gravy. To this add lilttle water.
If you dnt want it runny dnt add the water.
8. Add spring onions and remove from the flame.
9. Serve hot.
This can be a great starter or a side dish for your noodles or fried rice.
