Nutella Brownies





Nutella and Brownies... a combo that makes you feel like heaven

 




Ingredients

- 1 cup All purpose flour / Maida
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 4 eggs / 4 mashed bananas
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 cup Sugar / 2 cups Brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 
- 2 tbps milk



Recipe 

1. In a bowl, seive in the maida, cocoa powder and  baking powder. Mix them properly. 



2.  In another bowl, mix in the butter and sugar / brown sugar. 





3. After the sugar os mixed, add 2 eggs at a time and beat in. 

To make it eggless, replace the eggs with mashed bananas. 


4. Let the mixture be properly mixed. 


5. Add in the dry flour mix.


6. Blend in the dry and wet ingredients.


6. Add on the Nutella and milk if the batter is very thick.


7. Dash in the walnuts.


8. Grease the cake pan and pour the Brownie batter.

9. In a ziplock cover or pipping bag and add 1 tbsp nuttella. Make a small hole and draw lines on the cake batter.

You can also add tsps of nuttela randomly. 


10.  Using a toothpick swrill to make design.


11.  Bake the Brownies in a pre-heated oven at 180°C / 350 °F for 30-40 mins.


12. After it is cooled, demould and cut into desired shapes.




Tips

1. This can always be made eggless by replacing mashed bananas or condensed milk.

2. You need to adjust sugar when using the condensed milk.

3. Keep checking on the temperature as it may be baked little early than the estimated time.
