Paneer Corriander




 Do you love that fresh corriander dazzled in your recipes.. Then check out this fresh paneer corriander dish



Ingredients


>  100gms fresh paneer
>  50 - 100gms fresh corriander
> 3 - 4 green chillies
> 3 garlic pods
> 1 large piece of ginger
> 1 piece of cinamon 
> 4 cloves 
> Salt
> Oil
> 1 large onion
> 1 capsicum 
> few pieces of cashews
> 1 tbsp lemon juice
>  1 bay leaf
> pinch of turmeric 
> 1tbsp kasuri methi
> Chilli powder
> Jeera & corriander powder 

Recipe 

1. In a blender, put garlic pods, ginger, cinamon, cloves, green chillies, lemon juice, corriander powder and corriander. 
You can adjust the quantity of corriander to taste accordingly. 


2. Blend this into a very fine smooth paste. 


3. Cut the paneer into cubes and marinate paneer with the corriander paste. Rest it for  10mins. 



4. Slice the onion and capsicum thin. 


5. In a pan, heat oil and add a bay leaf, grate one garlic and cashews. 



6. After the garlic is fried, add the onions and fry them till it turns little brown. 


7.  Now add the capsicum and let it be cooked till it turns soft. 


8. Remove the onion, capsicum from the pan after they are properly cooked. 

9. In the same pan add little oil and put the marinated paneer. Cook till the raw smell waves off. Don't over mix and break the paneer. 

10. After the paneer is cooked, add the fried onion capsicum to this. 


11. Add Salt, turmeric, jeera & corriander powder, chilli powder and kasuri methi. Adjust the taste and little water. 

12. Close the lid and let it cook for 10mins. 

13. Serve hot with flavored rice / plain rice / rotis.
