Pesarattu Curry / Green Moong dal Dosa curry

Pesarattu upma is a famous breakfast dish in Andhra Pradesh. Well, this is a curry made out from that very much dosa. This can either be served as a dry curry along with rice or can also be eaten as a snack.  Ingredients  : — Green Moong Dal / Pessalu - 1 ½ cups — Green chillies - 8-10 — Curry leaves — Roughly chopped onions - 2cups — Salt - as per taste — Jeera Powder - 1 spoon — Dhaniya Powder - 1 spoon — Chilli Powder — Dry red chillies — 3-4 — Jeera - 1tsp — Ginger - 1 inch Recipe  : 1. Soak the green moong dal / Pessalu overnight or for 6-8 hrs. 2. In a blender, add soaked dal, jeera, 3-4 green chillies, ginger pieces and add salt. Blend this into nice paste not very coarsely. 3. Grease oil to a pan and pour the batter like a cake of 1/2 inch thick. Let it roast nicely with oil and lid closed. 4. Flip carefully without breaking and roast till its completely cooked. Rawa Pongal

Easy to prepare and a great South Indian dish. It has a wonderful taste of ginger and pepper dash.. Ingredients  : — Upma Rawa/ Semolina - 1 cup — Moong dal - 1 cup — Peppercons / Pepper powder — Ginger - 2 inches  — Green chillies - 4-5 — Curry leaves — Salt — Water - 5 cups — Oil — Ghee — Jeera - 1 tsp  — Asafoetida / hing — Cashews - 1/4 cup Recipe  : 1. Boil 5 cups of water . When it starts boiling, add moong dal and grate 1 inch ginger.  2. When moong dal is completely soft cooked, add salt and upma rawa. Let the rawa be cooked. 3. In a tadka pan, add ghee and oil. When oil is hot, add jeera, slit green chillies, chopped or grated ginger and curry leaves. Add cashews and hing, tadka is ready.  ** I used pepper powder but peppercorns are very good to go too.  4. Add this to the cooked rawa and mix. Check for spices.  Hot rawa pongal is ready to eat.

Mango Ice cream Ingredients : — Mango Pulp - 2 cups — Condensed milk - 200gms — Whipping Cream - 1 ½ cups — Sugar powder - 1/4 cup Mochi Flour Ingredients  : ( For 10 pieces)  — Rice Flour - 3/4 cup  — Sugar - 1/4 cup  — Water - 3/4 cup — Yellow food color gel (optional)  Ice cream Recipe  : 1. In a mixing bowl mix together, mango pulp and condensed milk. 2. In another bowl, add whipping cream and sugar. ** If you are using sweetened whipping cream then you can avoid sugar, but check the sweetness of the mango before you whip. 3. Quick and easy to be prepared, these can be made with lots of fruit varieties or simply plain...  Ingredients  : — All purpose flour - 2 cups — Milk - 1 ½ cups — Salt - pinch — Baking powder - 1 tbsp — Baking soda - 1 tsp — Sugar - 3 tbsps — Melted butter - 2 tbsps — Blueberries - 2tbsps (dried / fresh) — Vanilla essence - 1tsp — Butter - 1tbsp  — Maple syrup / Honey  Recipe  : 1. In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, soda. Mix well.  2. Add melted butter and mix again. 3. Add 1 cup of milk and start mixing.  4. Gulab Jamun Chocolate chip Cookies ~ Indofusion

Gulab Jamun is absolute favorite dessert of India. Made out from our very own dessert, these cookies are a promise of a pure bliss in the mouth.  Ingredients  : — Gulab Jamun mix powder - 2 ½ cups   (Used MTR powder) — Sugar - 1 cup (powdered)  — Almond flour - 2tbsps — Elachi powder - 1/2 tsp — Butter - 1 cup (melted) — Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup Recipe  : 1. In a mixing bowl, add gulab jamun mix powder, sugar powder, almond flour, melted butter, chocolate chips and elachi powder. 2. Form a dough mixing properly. 3. Refrigerate the dough for 30 mins to 1 hr. 4. Dont worry if the dough looks like breaking, this all good to use. 5. Roll small balls and flatten them. 6.
