Ingredients - 2 tbsps Activated Yeast - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Salt (adjust as per taste) - 2 cups All Purpose flour / Maida - 1/2 cup finely chopped Onions - 2 finely chopped Green Chillies - 1tsp Jeera - 1tsp Sesame seeds - chopped Mint leaves - 1/4 cup buttermilk - 1/4 cup oil - 1/4 cup warm water - 2 tsps butter - 1/4 tsps each of Oregano, red chilli flakes, mixed herbs (optional) How to activate yeast? 1. You will need Active Dry Yeast. 2. Take 1/2 lukewarm water and add pinch of sugar. 3. Dissolve the sugar and sprinkle some yeast into it. 4. Mix and let the yeast be dissolved into the water. 5.
