Simple Sunnipindi / Bath powder / Ubtan

Bath powder / Sunnipindi / Ubtan is an all-natural skincare solution that is absolutely great for your skin. Hence, you can use it every day while taking your shower. Kale leaves are also called as cabbage plant leaves. These are of different shapes too. The kale leaves are rich in anti oxidants, iron and Vit C.  These can be used in salads, dals and many more.  Ingredients  : - Kale Leaves - 2 cups - All purpose flour / Maida - 1/2 cup - Wheat flour / Atta - 1 cup - Salt - 1tsp - Semolina - 1 tbsp  - Oil - For deep frying - Water - As required Recipe  : 1. Clean the kale leaves and fill water till the leaves are submerged. * You can replace with Spinach leaves. 2. Boil these leaves for 10 mins only. 3. Strain the water and run under cold water. 4. Malabar Spinach / Bachali kura  is widely part of the traditional Indian cuisine. These green leaves are rich  in vitamin A , C , iron and calcium.
