Red Velvet Cookies 🍪




Enjoy the pleasure of these beautiful and yummy Red Velvet Cookies...



Ingredients

>  1 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp All purpose flour / Maida
> 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
> 1 tsp Baking soda
> 1/2 tsp Salt
> 1 cup Butter
> 3/4 cup Brown sugar
> 1/4 cup granulated sugar
> 1tsp Vanila essence
> 1 Egg
> 1 tbsp Milk (room temperature)
> 1/2 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips
> Red food color

Recipe 

1. In a bowl, take the butter and beat in till it becomes creamy. 


2. Add in the brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix untill they blend in properly. 



3.  Now add in salt, baking soda, egg & vanilla essence. 


4. Beat in all the ingredients untill they blend in well. 


5.  Add in the red color to the butter mix. Mix untill a nice red color is visible. 




6. Seive in the flour and cocoa together.


7. Mix up the batter without any lumps. 


8. Dash in the chocolate chips and mix in well.


9. Now this batter needs to be in refrigerated for at least an hour.


10.  After an hour, take small balls and mould it into smooth balls.


11. Arrange them on the baking sheet with equal distances.


12. Bake it at 180°C / 350 °F for 10mins.


13. You can press a little on top with a spoon to make it flat. You can stick more chocolate chips on top too.




Tips

1. Let the cookies dough be refrigerated for at least an hour. 

2. You can freeze and use whenever you want to make hot cookies.
