Red Velvet Cookies 🍪

Enjoy the pleasure of these beautiful and yummy Red Velvet Cookies... Ingredients >  1 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp All purpose flour / Maida > 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder > 1 tsp Baking soda > 1/2 tsp Salt > 1 cup Butter > 3/4 cup Brown sugar > 1/4 cup granulated sugar > 1tsp Vanila essence > 1 Egg > 1 tbsp Milk (room temperature) > 1/2 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips > Red food color Recipe   1. In a bowl, take the butter and beat in till it becomes creamy.  2. Add in the brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix untill they blend in properly.  3.  Now add in salt, baking soda, egg & vanilla essence.  4. Beat in all the ingredients untill they blend in well.  5.  Add in the red color to the butter mix. A spicy bun and a great snack that accompanies the wonderful tea..  Ingredients - 2 tbsps Activated Yeast - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Salt (adjust as per taste) - 2 cups All Purpose flour / Maida - 1/2 cup finely chopped Onions - 2 finely chopped Green Chillies - 1tsp Jeera - 1tsp Sesame seeds - chopped Mint leaves - 1/4 cup buttermilk - 1/4 cup oil - 1/4 cup warm water - 2 tsps butter - 1/4 tsps each of Oregano, red chilli flakes, mixed herbs (optional)  How to activate yeast?  1. Nutella Cookies - A magic 3 ingredient cookie

A cookie a day keeps the sadness away...  Have one!!!  Ingredients Preparation Time :  30mins Baking Time  : 8 mins Baking Temperature  : 350°F / 180 °C - Nutella 3/4 cup - All purpose flour / Maida 1 ¹/⁴cup - Egg 1 Recipe   1. In a bowl, add egg and beat properly.  2. Now add in the Nutella. Let the egg and Nutella blend in nicely.         3. Finally add the flour and knead using hands. The dough becomes stiff when properly kneaded.                4. This can directly be moulded into desirable shapes if the dough is stiff.  If not you can refrigerate this dough for 20mins and then mould.  5.
